1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Power Copilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
2. Independent Product & Third-Party Services
Non-Affiliation Disclaimer: Power Copilot is an independently developed browser enhancement tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Microsoft Corporation. "Microsoft", "Copilot", and "M365" are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.
The functionality of Power Copilot depends on web interfaces provided by third-party services. While we aim to keep selectors updated, we do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility if third-party providers make fundamental alterations to their code, APIs, or terms.
3. Order Processing, Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process, billing, and payment fulfillment are conducted by our online Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC ("Lemon Squeezy").
- Contracting Entity: Lemon Squeezy is the authorized reseller and legal merchant of record for all Power Copilot PRO licenses and subscriptions. When you purchase a license, your transaction is processed directly with Lemon Squeezy.
- Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with Power Copilot PRO, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase by contacting support at
support@version89.comor via Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Support portal. - Subscription Management: Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription anytime via the link provided in your Lemon Squeezy purchase confirmation receipt.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, bypass license verification checks, or distribute unauthorized cracked versions of Power Copilot.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")
POWER COPILOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE EXTENSION WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR PREVENT ALL POSSIBLE FORMS OF DATA LEAKS.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER, AUTHORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, WORK STOPPAGE, SYSTEM FAILURES, OR ACCIDENTAL EXPOSURE OF SENSITIVE INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS EXTENSION.
In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the license during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
