This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Dimitar Vasilkov ("Licensor") governing your use of the Power Copilot software ("Software").
1. Grant of License
- Starter (Free License): Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the free tier features of the Software for personal or professional use.
- PRO License: Upon purchasing a valid PRO license, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive license to activate and unlock PRO features on up to five (5) individual personal devices owned or controlled by you.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software, including its source code, UI designs, structure, documentation, and branding, remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Licensor. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Software, not ownership rights.
3. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Share, rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or distribute your PRO license keys to third parties.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Software.
- Remove any proprietary notices, author attributions, or copyright markings.
4. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement or if a subscription payment is refunded or disputed. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the Software.
5. "AS-IS" Disclaimer & Exclusion of Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED "AS IS". YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHOOSING THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS AND FOR THE INSTALLATION, USE, AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM IT. LICENSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR DEFECT-FREE OPERATION.
